Shipping & Orders:
• How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 4 business days.
• What should I do if my candle arrives broken?
If your candle arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for you. Just cover the shipping fee and send us a photo via email or Instagram.
Product Information:
• What kind of wax do you use?
We use high-quality soy wax and beeswax for a clean, sustainable burn.
• Are your candles scented?
Yes! Each candle comes with its own unique fragrance.
Care & Usage:
• How do I use the candle?
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch, place it on a coaster or tray, and avoid drafts for a clean burn.
• What happens to sculptural candles after burning?
As they melt, sculptural candles pool into unique shapes. Always burn them on a heat-resistant surface to contain the wax.
• How do I remove wax from a coaster or tray?
Let the wax cool, peel it off, and clean the surface with warm, soapy water.

• Do you offer custom candles?
Yes, we do! We design and produce our own molds from scratch, so if you have a specific shape in mind, we can bring it to life just hit us up with your idea.
• Do you accept bulk orders for events?
Absolutely! We handle bulk orders for weddings, baby showers, and more. Reach out for pricing and details.
