After graduating with a psychology degree, nothing truly inspired me until I came across a candle shaped like a middle finger. It wasn’t just a candle, it was a statement. I was instantly obsessed. As someone who’s always been addicted to buying candles and loved how they set the vibe, that one piece lit something in me (literally).

In October 2022, I launched Light It Up in Cairo, Egypt a candle brand built around boldness, color, and self-expression. What started as a fascination turned into a way of creating pieces that speak louder than words.
